Super friendly does her homework gives you good info on what the market is doing. Will have a good selling plan.works hard at listing your house.will make the selling part easy. Kim is a wonderful woman will keep eye on your house if you are moving out of state let's you know if your grass needs mowed or things need done that you missed.
